kita and I went to see AJs show on thursday night... it was awesome, I really miss him. Seeing him twice in the past little while really made my heart ache for him. I just... Idunno, I got so so close to him for awhile and then all of a sudden it was gone. SO yeah, we had a good chat and I'm gunna see him soon

I was a chistmas tree for my costume for work today, It was hella tight. I got so many compliments, and won the contest!!!:D also about 6 random people asked to take my picture. It was pretty awesome. It felt nice.... I also saw Candy and Joanne (Megan and darren's mom) when I was walking to work! it was awesome!!!:D

I'm tired... and feeling a little isolated....

Ten updates.... now.

1. I quit Fairweather for a supervisory position at the bay (11 bucks an hour)
2. On my days off there I'm going to be a cashier at Thrifty Foods for 9.50 an hour. I might actually be able to pay off this credit card debt I've amassed. I know, I've had it for like 2 months.
3. My first day at the bay was yesterday.... It was alright, kinda scary, but not bad.
4. Nykita and I went to Nanaimo this weekend. We saw Will, Gareth, Tidey, Shane, shanes family, Jenn P, Dan, Nolan, Ashley, Alana, Hilary, Martha, Jordan (who are too cute for words.... BY the way (AND, I called it ))
5. My hair should be big (think of mean girls)... I've learned sooooo many secrets this weekend.
6. I'm being a christmas tree for halloween
7. I found a hoop skirt at the patch
8. Gareth made a compromise with me this weekend. Hey its better then nothing right?
9. I graduated from high school last week, and get to start my music composition and technology class whenever I get some time off.
10. On the bus back to nanaimo, I was thinking the song from rocky horror, "I'm going home"... do you think that means something?
11. I will make a real post soon, but I'm gunna be late for work if I dont leave soon.

Thanksgiving weekend

SO saturday I worked untill 1, left, got my hair cut, went home and started cooking. I made:
-lauras mom's filo things
-mushroom loaf
-potatoes
-gravy
-shane burned the stuffing
-sweet potatoes
- rotisserie chickens from the market
-broccoli
-corn
-cheese sauce
-ambrosia
-buns, butter

There was also
-pumpkin pie
vanilla ice cream
potato salad
wine
orange juice
sprite
booze.

Overall it was good times. I fucked up some things, but what can you do. Will, martha and I were home for the night, martha left early the next morning, and will drove me to work. work was fun. not. Then I went to will's grandma's house and had another thanksgiving dinner. Will and I drove back up to nanaimo, with numerous interesting conversations... I got so see my gransparents, my brother, sisters, mom, dad and vicki. I saw Jenn and dan for about a minute all combined. (Jenn P.)

it SOUNDS like a boring post doesn't it? But its not! I have interviews everywhere, cuz I'm looking for a new job. I would like to work thursday to monday and have tuesday and wednesday be my weekend.

Life would look likie this:
Monday: New job, ballet from 7:15 to 8:45
Tuesday: school, gilmore girls
Wednesday: Thyme, Piano lesson, America's next top model (kita got me addicted, ok!)
Thursday: New job, Other job... the OC when it starts

Yesterday I worked and stuff... Then went up to UVic and with the help of nicoleo's password, printed off some resumes and then went back down to downtown and dropped some off, I already looked professional, why not. Then Kita and I made carrot mushroom loaf for Thanksgiving, and I made ambrosia. we didnt have a cheese grater and this reci[pe called for like a pound and a half of grated carrot and 2 cups grated cheese. I borrowed a grater! I was just chillin in the kitchen when Jenn calls and asks me to chek on a car for her to see if its still for sale. I look outside, and there she is! We were only able to visit for a couple mnutes, but she drove down in her NEW CAR which is awesome!!! I also got a letter from my sister lasty night, she so sweet. Today I have to make the filo filling, thaw the filo pastry and the buns and maybe do the sweet potatoes.

I hope everything turns out. I dont have enough pans or serving dishes, or regular dishes. This is gunna be a disaster. But at least we'll all be together right?

New ten updates

1. Cora came to see me at work on sunday!
2. Ashley and Jenn came down and stayed the night on monday, and I saw Laura that night too.
3. Paige and Alex got evicted, paige doesnt know where to live.
4. Nykita and I watched rent on sunday night, she'd never seen it, and enjoyed it except for all the singing :P
5.Incubus is playing in Vancouver.... awesome, except I'm in hawaii. So I'm gunna go to denver to see them :D
6. I saw alexisonfire tonight. front row center. I'm exhausted, soaked, cold, but awesome. They were so fucking amazing live, so much energy. Nykita, shamus, paige and I were there, and I went to nykita's for dinner tonight.
7. Tomorrow I work with our DM... scary hey?
8. I was grocery shopping with kita when my cell phone broke, but I bought a new one, and this one has MP3 capacity!
